The Mansion Residences

The Mansion Residences are a permanent extension to the famed five-star Mansion on Turtle Creek hotel and restaurant in Dallas, Texas. The original building dates back to 1925 when it was just that, a mansion for Sheppard W. King. No expense was spared to make sure it was one of the finest homes in the country, and that attitude continued when it became a hotel.

In 1994 the Mansion Residences opened. With only two residences per floor, this condominium development is the height of exclusivity, and half of the 22 units were already sold a year before the opening. The price tag for one of these highly-sought homes can run well over the million dollar mark, so there can be no exception when it comes to the quality of craftsmanship in every detail of construction.
