The courthouse for the Seventh District Court of Appeals in Youngstown, Ohio, is an exceptional new construction in a downtown area that prides itself for not changing significantly since the 60s. Every effort had to be made to make sure that the structure fit in well with the atmosphere of the area and that the highest standards of quality were maintained.
